Article Student Living is seeking a full-time Leasing Professional to join our on-site leasing team. Your main responsibilities will include building relationships with current and prospective residents, pursuing all leads diligently, and closing sales. You will mentor Community Assistants and collaborate with the Leasing & Marketing Manager to meet sales and marketing goals. The ideal candidate is a natural salesperson and people-person with experience in social media and marketing projects.

You will report to the Leasing & Marketing Manager.

Responsibilities

• Understand all amenities and features of the property and compare them favorably to competitors
• Participate in local events related to housing and community marketing
• Contribute ideas for advertising and marketing strategies throughout the year
• Handle application fees and security deposit payments following proper procedures
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the show units, tour routes, and leasing office
• Assist property leadership with various projects

Your Experience and Style

• At least 1 year of leasing or sales experience is preferred
• Experience with social media and digital marketing
• Enjoy working with residents and building relationships with team members
• Team-oriented and eager to contribute to business growth
