As an Insurance Sales Professional, you will contribute to growing a local Allstate agency by engaging new prospects and building strong community relationships. You will utilize insurance knowledge and sales skills to help customers understand the value of insurance and develop long-term relationships through trusted advice.

Responsibilities
  1. Achieve sales goals by generating new business and cross-selling to existing customers
  2. Identify and qualify sales leads from various sources
  3. Help protect customers by offering suitable Allstate products
  4. Serve your community by helping them prepare for life’s uncertainties
  5. Educate prospects on protecting their families and assets
  6. Provide a positive customer experience
Job Qualifications
  • Strong interest in a sales career; sales experience is preferred
  • No prior insurance experience required
  • Willing to obtain necessary Property and Casualty and/or Life and Health licenses upon hire (existing licenses are a plus)
  • Confident, motivated, and able to work independently
  • Capable of multi-tasking, following through, and following up
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
