Job summary

RISE Residential is seeking a Leasing Professional in Jacksonville, FL to guide prospective residents through the leasing process and promote the student housing community. You will conduct tours and respond to inquiries, helping applicants through the leasing journey.

You will interview prospects, answer questions, and coordinate marketing and leasing activities to maximize occupancy, while upholding company standards and a welcoming resident experience.

Responsibilities

• Interview prospective residents to determine needs and qualifications for renting in the community.
• Answer questions about the apartment community and provide directions to the community; retrieve and distribute voicemail messages.
• Conduct property tours and follow up with all prospects in a timely manner per Company policy.
• Close the sale by scheduling appointments, generating new leads, and maintaining the model and follow ups.
• Inspect the property tour route daily to ensure cleanliness and curb appeal.
• Assist in preparing application packets and maintaining adequate on-hand supplies.
• Maintain knowledge of the community and how it compares with other listings in the area.
• Conduct marketing and leasing efforts to maximize occupancy.
• Project a favorable image of the community to achieve property objectives and public recognition.
• Coordinate resident activities and events; assist in mediation of conflicts with respect for individual differences.
• Contribute to newsletter content and resident communications.
• Maintain a professional, courteous manner with residents, parents, vendors, contractors and staff.
• Ensure compliance with work-related activities in a fair, ethical, and consistent manner.
• Perform any other assigned tasks.

Leasing Professional

RISE Residential is looking for a confident leasing professional to jointhis greatteam. The Leasing Professional is responsible for the promotion of the student housing community by guiding prospective residents through the leasing process. Leasing Professionals conduct community tours and respond to prospective resident questions about the community.

What you will do:

• Responsible for interviewing prospective residents with the purpose of determining resident needs and qualifications for renting in the community.
• Answer questions about the apartment community; provide callers with directions to the community and other pertinent information. Retrieves messages from voicemail and distributes to the appropriate team member.
• Conducts property tours and follows up with all prospects in a timely manner in accordance with Company policy.
• Conducts all tasks necessary to close the sale, including making appointments, generating new leads, maintaining the model and any follow up necessary.
• Inspects the property tour route daily to ensure Company standards on cleanliness and curb appeal are being upheld.
• Assists in the preparation of application packets and maintain an adequate on-hand supply.
• Maintains knowledge of the apartment community and amenities and how it compares with listings of other available rental properties in the area.
• Conducts marketing and leasing efforts to maximize the occupancy of the community.
• Projects a favorable image of the community to achieve property objectives and public recognition.
• Participates in and coordinates resident activities and events.
• Assists in mediation and resolution of resident conflicts by encouraging the respect for and appreciation for individual differences.
• Contributes to the newsletter content and resident communications.
• Maintain a professional, courteous manner with all residents, parents, vendors, contractors and fellow employees.
• Ensure compliance of all work-relatedactivities in fair, ethical and consistent manner.
