Horizon Realty Advisors LLC is seeking a Leasing Professional to market our community, conduct tours, manage the application/lease process, and support resident satisfaction to meet occupancy goals.

Based in Seattle, Horizon offers health, retirement, time off, and growth opportunities. The role requires a high school diploma or GED and experience in leasing or customer service; on-site work with a comprehensive benefits package is provided.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and prospective residents professionally; provide information, conduct tours, and identify needs.
• Process leasing activities through phone, online, and in-person interactions; manage lead follow-up per company standards.
• Assist with processing lease applications, preparing documentation, and coordinating move-in schedules and materials.
• Build and maintain positive resident relationships through responsive, high-quality customer service.
• Support daily property operations, including routine community inspections and monitoring of amenities.

Employment Type: Full Time

Compensation Structure: $14/hr, plus leasing commissions. Rental housing discount of 20% offered if living on site (pending 90 days)

Schedule: Monday - Friday 9-6; Some Saturdays 10-4

What You'll Do

The Leasing Professional is responsible for leasing apartment homes and delivering superior customer service to both prospects and residents. This role markets the community, conducts tours, manages the application and lease process, and supports resident satisfaction to help the property meet its occupancy and retention goals.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

What You Bring

• High school diploma or GED required
• Previous experience in leasing, sales, customer service, hospitality, retail, or property management preferred
• Experience in fast-paced, customer-focused environment preferred
