Horizon Realty Advisors LLC in the Seattle-area is seeking a Leasing Professional to market properties, conduct tours, process applications, and support resident satisfaction to meet occupancy goals.

The role offers full-time, on-site work with a Monday–Friday schedule and opportunities for commissions, along with a 20% rental housing discount for on-site living (where available). Benefits include health coverage, 401(k) with company match, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous leasing, sales, customer service, hospitality, retail, or property management experience preferred.
• Experience in fast-paced, customer-focused environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and prospective residents professionally; provide property information, conduct tours, and identify prospect needs.
• Perform leasing activities through phone, online, and in-person interactions, and manage lead follow-up per standards.
• Assist with processing lease applications, preparing documentation, and coordinating move-in schedules and materials.
• Build and maintain positive resident relationships through responsive, high-quality customer service.
• Support daily property operations, including routine inspections and monitoring shared amenities.

Employment Type: Full Time

Compensation Structure: $24 - $26/hour DOE, plus leasing commissions ($100 per unit), bonus potential. Rental housing discount of 20% offered if living on site (pending 90 days)

Schedule: Monday 9-6; Wednesday - Saturday 9-6

What You’ll Do

The Leasing Professional is responsible for leasing apartment homes and delivering superior customer service to both prospects and residents. This role markets the community, conducts tours, manages the application and lease process, and supports resident satisfaction to help the property meet its occupancy and retention goals.
