Qualifications

• Availability on Saturday and Sunday is mandatory.

• Able to walk the property, climb stairs, and lift up to 25lbs.

Responsibilities

• Lease apartments and assist prospects through the full leasing process.
• Maintain organized files and ensure tour paths and model units are ready.
• Respond to leads, calls, and inquiries with urgency and professionalism.
• Conduct property inspections and ensure community presentation.
