Job summary

Fogelman is seeking a professional Leasing Consultant to join Thornwood Apartments in the Memphis area. You will conduct tours for prospective residents, push the leasing process, and support marketing efforts to fill vacancies while maintaining excellent resident relations.

The ideal candidate has at least two years of sales or leasing experience, strong communication skills, and a passion for planning resident events. Experience with Yardi or CRM is a plus; a valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of leasing or sales experience preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Marketing skills with ability to execute a property marketing plan.
• Comfort with social media and resident events.
