The Parker Apartments is seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Manager / Leasing Consultant to support daily operations and leasing at our community in San Antonio, TX. You will back the Property Manager with resident relations, leasing efforts, and efficient administrative processes.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in property management, leasing experience preferred, and strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Qualifikationen

• 1-2 years of property management experience.
• Leasing experience preferred.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Onsite software proficiency preferred.

Aufgaben

• Collect and post income within 24 hours.
• Prepare delinquency, eviction, and three-day notices to vacate.
• Interface with residents to schedule renewals or move-outs.
• Participate in the leasing activity.
• File resident correspondence, back up phones, and assist in office management.
• Prepare security deposit refunds or charges.
• Post vending commissions, NSF checks, and other incomes/expenses.
• Keep all lease files current and complete.
• Take over the Property Manager’s responsibilities when PM is unavailable.
