PeakMade Real Estate is seeking a Temporary Turn Associate to provide leasing office support during turnover at a student housing community. You will handle general admin tasks and assist residents with move-in and move-out processes, ensuring quality standards are met.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to work 32–40 hours per week, including weekends as required.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Assist the team with general office administration as needed.
• Assist with resident requests regarding the move in/move out process.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service skills by treating residents, vendors and other team members with respect.
• Ability to maintain an excellent customer service attitude.
• Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned.
