Blanton Turner is seeking a Leasing Agent for Elevation 16 Apartments in Seattle. You will be the face of our organization, engaging with prospective and current residents while developing customer service and sales skills. The role includes marketing, leasing, and helping manage multi-million dollar assets.

Responsibilities

• Own the customer experience to drive leases and renewals.
• Conduct property tours and present a positive image.
• Assist marketing efforts and track leads.
• Advertise available units via Craigslist and media.
• Meet leasing goals and track results.
• Manage social media promotion for properties.
• Assist lease renewals and move-in processes.
• Coordinate signage and collateral and neighborhood outreach.
• Use leasing systems to organize processes.
• Complete leasing documentation and credit evaluations.
