Job summary

Willow Bridge Property Company is hiring a Leasing & Marketing Professional to manage leasing, drive resident interest, and support the community across the leasing cycle. You will greet clients, tour the property, process applications, prepare leases, coordinate renewals, and provide excellent customer service to residents and prospects.

The role requires strong communication, proficiency in MS Office, flexibility including weekends, and the ability to walk the community and conduct property

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer service oriented with teamwork.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends.
• Ability to tour the community and climb stairs.
• Valid driver’s license may be required.
• State-specific license or certification may be required.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the leasing process, including leasing apartments, preparing lease paperwork and assisting with move-ins.
• Greet clients, assess needs, provide tours of the apartments and community.
• Process applications and review lease agreements and renewals.
• Respond to inquiries via in-person, phone and email.
• Assist with weekly, monthly and special reports as assigned by the Leasing Manager or Business Manager.
• Receive deposits and rent money, and record appropriately.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist all clients with a positive and friendly tone.
