Job summary

LV Collective in Ann Arbor is seeking a Leasing & Marketing Assistant to support leasing strategies, resident experience, and community events. You will greet prospective residents, assist with applications, manage leads in the CRM, and deliver outstanding customer service.

You will also plan resident events, collaborate with the Social Media Intern on marketing content, and assist with special projects, while staying flexible for evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospective residents and provide tours showcasing the property.
• Assist with lease applications and ensure a seamless process for future residents.
• Utilize CRM to track leads and manage interactions through to signed leases.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to current and prospective residents.
• Support front desk inquiries, calls, and emails promptly.
• Plan and execute engaging resident events aligned with the brand.
• Collaborate with the Social Media Intern to align marketing content with leasing efforts.
• Contribute to a polished tour path and bring a well-curated space focus to life.
• Stay ahead of competition by researching other properties and proposing fresh ideas.
• Work with leadership to strategize and overcome roadblocks for leasing success.
• Participate in LV Collective training programs to sharpen leasing, marketing, and customer service skills.
• Assist Leasing Manager in coaching new team members on sales and leasing techniques.
• Support special projects, outreach efforts, and creative marketing campaigns to drive momentum.
• Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
