Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; some college preferred.
• 1+ year leasing, sales, or customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
• Familiarity with Fair Housing laws and leasing policies.
• Basic computer proficiency; valid driver's license and insurance.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospects, conduct tours, and explain community features.
• Manage the full leasing process from application to move-in.
• Provide pricing, availability, and policy information.
• Maintain resident files and support retention efforts.
• Conduct follow-up communications with prospects and residents.
• Support marketing and outreach to promote the property.
