Arlington Properties, LLC is seeking a Leasing Consultant in Foley, Alabama to greet prospects, tour the community, and manage the full leasing process from application to move-in. You will provide pricing, availability, and policies, maintain resident files, support retention and renewal efforts, and assist with marketing and outreach to boost occupancy while upholding Fair Housing laws.

The role requires strong communication, organizational skills, reliable transportation, and weekend

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; some college preferred.
• 1+ years in leasing, sales, or customer service preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing laws and leasing policies a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospects, conduct property tours, and explain community features.
• Manage full leasing process from application to move-in.
• Provide pricing, availability, and policy information; maintain resident files.
• Support retention and renewal efforts and conduct follow-up with prospects and residents.
• Promote property through outreach and marketing ideas; monitor digital advertising performance.
• Prepare market surveys and analyze leasing trends; assist with vendor access and show-readiness of vacant units.
