Willow Bridge Property Company is seeking a Leasing & Marketing Professional to manage leasing activities, greet clients, conduct tours, process applications and maintain positive client interactions at our Dallas-area properties.

The role requires strong communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to multitask while meeting deadlines. Local market knowledge and a willingness to work weekends are a plus within our growing company.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer service focus with ability to be a strong team player.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Able to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Flexible schedule including weekends.
• May require valid driver’s license.
• May require state-specific license or certification.

Responsabilidades

• Manage all aspects of the leasing process, including leasing apartments, preparing lease paperwork and assisting to ensure a smooth move-in.
• Greet clients, assess needs, answer questions and provide tours of the apartments and community.
• Process applications, and prepare and review lease agreements and renewals.
• Respond to in-person, phone and email inquiries, including leasing information, appointments and maintenance requests.
• Assist with completing weekly, monthly and special reports as assigned by the Leasing Manager or Business Manager.
• Receive deposits and rent money, and record appropriately.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist all clients with a positive and friendly tone
