Job summary

Willow Bridge Property Company is seeking a Leasing & Marketing Professional to manage the leasing process, greet clients, provide community tours, and handle applications and renewals. This role requires excellent customer service, strong communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

You'll work on-site in Lincoln and collaborate with the team to deliver a seamless resident experience, including coordinating with maintenance and preparing reports.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer service oriented and a strong team player.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Able to multitask and meet deadlines; organized.
• Flex schedule including weekends.
• Must be able to tour the community and climb stairs.
• This role may require a valid driver's license; state license/certification may be required.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the leasing process including leasing apartments and move-ins.
• Greet clients, assess needs, provide tours of the community.
• Process applications and review lease agreements and renewals.
• Respond to inquiries by in-person, phone and email; manage maintenance requests.
• Assist with weekly, monthly and special reports as assigned by the Leasing Manager.
• Receive deposits and rent money, and record appropriately.
• Provide excellent customer service with a positive and friendly tone.
