Willow Bridge Property Company is seeking a Leasing & Marketing Professional to manage the leasing process, show units, and handle inquiries. You will prepare leases, review renewals, and participate in reporting alongside the Leasing Manager.

Ideal candidates have strong communication skills, customer service focus, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. A flexible schedule, including weekends, is required, with opportunities for growth within the company.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer service oriented and good team player.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Able to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Flexible schedule including weekends.
• May require valid driver's license.
• State license or certification may be required.

Responsabilités

• Manage all aspects of leasing process, including leasing apartments, preparing lease paperwork and assisting to ensure a smooth move-in.
• Greet clients, assess needs, provide tours of apartments and community.
• Process applications, prepare and review lease agreements and renewals.
• Respond to in-person, phone, and email inquiries, provide leasing information, make appointments, and follow up on maintenance requests.
• Assist with completing weekly, monthly and special reports as assigned by the Leasing Manager or Business Manager.
• Receive deposits and rent money, and record accordingly.
• Provide excellent customer service with a positive and friendly tone.
