Willow Bridge Property Company in Dallas, Texas is hiring a Leasing & Marketing Professional to manage all aspects of the leasing process, greet clients, assess needs, and coordinate tours of the apartments and community.

The position requires exceptional verbal and written communication, a customer-service mindset, and proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel. Some roles may require weekend availability and a valid driver’s license to support property operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer service oriented with strong teamwork.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the leasing process, including leasing apartments, preparing lease paperwork and assisting to ensure a smooth move-in.
• Greet clients, assess needs, provide tours of the apartments and community.
• Process applications, and prepare and review lease agreements and renewals.
• Respond to in-person, phone and email inquiries, including leasing information and maintenance requests.
• Assist with completing weekly, monthly and special reports as assigned.
• Receive deposits and rent money, and record appropriately.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive, friendly tone.
