Willow Bridge Property Company is hiring a Leasing & Marketing Professional in Lombard, IL. You will manage the leasing cycle, greet clients, conduct tours, process applications, and handle inquiries via in-person, phone, and email.

The role supports reporting duties and rent collection while delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced team environment. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred) and the ability to work weekends;

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Customer service focused with the ability to be a strong team player.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Able to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Flexible schedule including weekends.
• Able to tour the community and climb stairs.
• May require a valid driver's license.
• May require state license or certification.

Responsabilidades

• Manage all aspects of the leasing process, including leasing apartments, preparing lease paperwork and assisting to ensure a smooth move-in.
• Greet clients, assess needs, answer questions and provide tours of the apartments and community.
• Process applications, and prepare and review lease agreements and renewals.
• Respond to in-person, phone and email inquiries, including leasing information, appointments, maintenance requests.
• Assist with completing weekly, monthly and special reports as assigned by the Leasing Manager or Business Manager.
• Receive deposits and rent money, and record appropriately.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist all clients with a positive and friendly tone
