Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet prospective residents and conduct property tours.
• Assist with lease applications and CRM lead tracking.
• Provide exceptional customer service to residents and prospects.
• Support front desk inquiries via phone and email promptly.
• Plan and execute resident events aligned with the brand.
• Collaborate with marketing efforts and social media initiatives.
• Assist Leasing Manager with coaching and special projects.
