Madison Communities is seeking a Leasing Manager to join our team in a full-time on-site role. You will be the first point of contact for prospects and residents, delivering exceptional service while driving leasing success and occupancy goals.

In this role, you will showcase our community amenities, stay informed about the market, manage the lease process end-to-end, and coordinate move-ins and renewals. Strong communication and organizational skills are a must.

Qualifications

• Experience in leasing or sales is preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential.
• Familiarity with MS Office and property management software is a plus.
• Sales or leasing experience is welcomed.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of the community and provide top-notch service to residents and prospects.
• Drive leasing by meeting occupancy goals and promoting communities as the top choice.
• Know the product by staying informed on amenities and competition.
• Track traffic, follow up with prospects, and analyze trends for leasing strategy.
• Manage the lease process from application to paperwork to ensure compliance.
• Ensure move-in readiness with final inspections and walkthroughs.
• Drive renewals by building relationships and coordinating lease extensions.
• Market the communities through outside efforts to attract residents.

As a Leasing Manager youll be the first point of contact for prospects and residents providing exceptional service while driving leasing success. You'll have the opportunity to showcase your sales skills, market our communities and create a welcoming experience for everyone who walks through our doors.

What You'll Do

• Be the Face of the Community Provide top notch service to current and prospective residents ensuring they have an outstanding experience
• Drive Leasing Success Effectively lease apartments meet occupancy goals and promote our communities as the 1 choice in the market
• Know Your Product Stay informed about our property amenities and the competition to confidently showcase our offerings
• Track & Follow Up Monitor leasing traffic follow up with prospects and analyze trends to optimize leasing strategies
• Manage the Lease Process From application review to finalizing paperwork ensure seamless and compliant leasing transactions
• Ensure Move In Readiness Conduct final inspections and walkthroughs to ensure every home is move in ready for new residents
• Drive Renewals Build strong relationships with residents and coordinate lease renewals to maximize retention
• Market Like a Pro Engage in outside marketing efforts to establish Madison Communities as the go to choice for apartment living
