Job summary

Peak Management is seeking a Leasing Manager for Town & Country Apartments, a 600+ unit property in Urbana, Illinois. You will lead the leasing team, develop and implement marketing plans to increase occupancy, and manage budgeting and reporting to meet property goals.

Qualifications

• Experience developing and implementing marketing plans to increase occupancy.
• Must have a valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
• Strong technical skills in budget preparation, reporting, leasing, and operations.

• Oversees, directs, and mentors leasing team to meet departmental goals.
• Promotes tenant retention through strong customer service and marketing initiatives.
• Monitors leasing activity and ensures Fair Housing compliance.
