Peak Management in Urbana, Illinois, is seeking a Leasing Manager for Town & Country Apartments (600+ units). You will lead the leasing team, promote retention, and deliver outstanding service to current and prospective tenants.

The ideal candidate has experience developing and implementing marketing plans to increase occupancy, strong budgeting and reporting skills, and a commitment to Fair Housing compliance.

Qualifications

• Ideal candidate should enjoy customer service and working with the public.
• Prior experience developing and implementing marketing plans to increase occupancy.
• Must have a valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Oversees, directs, and mentors leasing team to meet departmental goals.
• Strong technical skills in budget preparation, reporting, leasing, and operations.
• Follows Fair Housing Laws and ensures compliance by the leasing team.
