Intrinsic Development is seeking a Full-Time Leasing Manager to join Alura Luxury Apartments in Lee's Summit, MO. You will oversee all leasing operations to achieve occupancy goals and deliver an exceptional resident experience.

This role leads, trains, and supports the leasing team for consistency, compliance, and high performance. You will manage the leasing process from lead generation through move-in and renewal, maintain records in Entrata, coordinate showings, processing of applications,

Qualifications

• Experience in sales and customer service.
• Must be available every other Saturday 8:00am–12:00pm.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full leasing process from lead to lease signing, move-in, and renewal.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, tours, and resident interactions.
• Ensure lease documents, deposits, and signatures are filed prior to move-in.
• Support Leasing Specialists with appointments, tours, lead follow-up, and applications.
