Milhaus SRG is seeking a Leasing Manager to coordinate all phases of apartment leasing, marketing, renewals, and availability reporting. You will regularly collaborate with site leasing staff and participate in social media and event planning for the property.

The role involves training leasing staff, preparing daily move-in reports, and generating occupancy metrics, with opportunities to contribute to community-building initiatives across properties.

Qualifications

• Two years of progressively responsible leasing experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Excellent oral, written and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in budget planning and expenses monitoring.
• Computer skills sufficient to enter reports and daily operations data into a computer.
• Knowledge of Equal Housing Opportunity (EHO) requirements and applicable program regulations.

Position Summary

The Leasing Manager initiates and coordinates all phases of apartment leasing, marketing, renewals, and availability reports. The Leasing Manager will regularly communicate with all property leasing staff at their same site and be actively involved with social media and event planning for the property.
