Eastridge Workforce Solutions is seeking a Leasing Manager for our client, a leading property management organization recognized for excellence in providing affordable housing for the workforce. Location: Los Angeles, CA

Employment Type: Full-Time

Pay: $29.25 – $31.25 per hour

What You’ll Do:

  • Set and track leasing goals based on community needs and occupancy objectives.
  • Lead property tours, explain amenities, and maintain a high lease conversion rate.
  • Manage lease documentation, move-ins/move-outs, and follow-up processes with attention to accuracy and compliance.
  • Provide leadership and coaching to Leasing Professionals, including performance feedback, training, and scheduling.
  • Oversee resident retention initiatives and support marketing strategies.
  • Ensure common areas, model units, and vacant apartments are market-ready.
  • Serve as acting senior staff during shifts as needed, maintaining operational continuity.
  • Analyze market trends and internal reports to improve sales strategy and community engagement.


What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience: 1+ year in leasing/property management, and 2+ years of sales management (preferably in multifamily housing, retail, or hospitality).
  • Education: High school diploma or GED required.
  • Coaching Background: Experience in mentoring or training staff.
  • Software Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, internet, email; Yardi Voyager experience is a plus.
  • Preferred Knowledge: Familiarity with LIHTC, HUD, and voucher-based programs.
  • Language Skills: Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
  • Work Style: Adaptable to a fast-paced, flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Work Environment & Physical Demands:

  • Office-based setting with periodic outdoor exposure.
  • Supervises at least two Leasing Professionals, including scheduling, evaluation, and motivation.
  • Regular use of office equipment, walking, and sitting; occasional light physical activity.
  • May involve limited travel.
  • Expected to report as essential staff and follow all safety protocols.
