Qualifications

• 2+ years of multifamily leasing experience.
• Licensed to sign residential lease agreements in South Carolina.
• Proven success in leasing, resident retention and occupancy growth.
• Experience coaching and motivating leasing professionals.
• Strong customer service, sales and closing skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily leasing operations to achieve occupancy and leasing goals.
• Support hiring, onboarding, training, and development of leasing team members.
• Execute leasing and marketing strategies to maximize traffic and conversions.
• Review and sign lease agreements per South Carolina requirements.
• Monitor rent collections and assist with delinquency management.
• Process purchase orders, invoices, and other administrative responsibilities.
• Maintain a professional office, model, and community appearance.
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the resident experience.

Qualifications

• Previous lease-up experience strongly preferred


• Licensed to sign residential lease agreements in South Carolina

• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel (Entrata experience preferred)
