Brookside Properties in Myrtle Beach, SC is seeking an experienced Leasing Manager to lead leasing efforts at The Collins Apartments. You will drive occupancy, coach a leasing team, and ensure high resident satisfaction.

Candidates should have 2+ years in multifamily leasing, SC lease signing license, and proven closings. Entrata experience preferred; strong organizational and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of multifamily leasing experience required.
• Licensed to sign residential leases in South Carolina.
• Strong leasing, retention and occupancy skills.
• Experience coaching leasing professionals.
• Excellent sales and closing abilities.
• Proficient with Outlook, Word and Excel; Entrata preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily leasing operations and achieve occupancy goals.
• Support hiring, onboarding, and training of leasing staff.
• Execute leasing and marketing strategies to maximize traffic.
• Review and sign lease agreements per SC requirements.
• Monitor rent collections and assist with delinquency management.
• Maintain office/model/community appearance and provide excellent service.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of multifamily leasing experience required
• Previous lease-up experience strongly preferred
• Licensed to sign residential lease agreements in South Carolina
• Proven success in leasing, resident retention, and occupancy growth

• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel (Entrata experience preferred)

Key Responsibilities:
