• Screen applicants through background checks, credit verification, and rental history
• Coordinate with property management teams to address tenant needs
• Monitor market trends and adjust pricing strategies
• Maintain accurate records in Buildium and other management systems
• Ensure Fair Housing compliance across all leasing activities
• Report occupancy rates and leasing performance to leadership
