Job summary

Jobtailor in Bloomington, IN is seeking a Property Management professional to support the Property Manager in cultivating a motivated, high-performing team and delivering exceptional resident service.

You will lead by example, communicate professionally, promote a service-oriented office, and drive leasing to achieve 99% occupancy. You will maintain records in Entrata and other software while supporting NOI goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or 2–5 years in student or multifamily housing.
• Strong working knowledge of Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Experience with Entrata property management software.
• Familiarity with market-rate and LIHTC programs is a plus.
• Understanding and adherence to Fair Housing and EEO laws.
