The Leasing Manager reports to the General Manager and is responsible for managing all leasing activities, on-site marketing, and outreach initiatives to maintain maximum occupancy.

  1. Market and lease units to ensure maximum occupancy.
  2. Serve as the first point of contact for leasing inquiries; schedule appointments, convert prospects into residents, and lead tours.
  3. Develop and implement marketing initiatives and renewal programs.
  4. Achieve and maintain maximum occupancy and rates to ensure fiscal stability.
  5. Conduct market surveys to stay informed about local markets.
  6. Inspect model or available units daily for readiness.
  7. Record traffic and activity daily.
  8. Apply guest card and follow-up programs promptly and consistently.
  9. Notify prospects of application decisions within 24 hours.
  10. Record resident service requests accurately and ensure follow-up.
  11. Assist with hiring and training leasing staff.
  12. Answer phones as needed.
  13. Perform administrative duties such as filing and typing.
  14. Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, valid driver’s license, computer skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Knowledge of Entrata is a plus.
  15. Must have excellent customer service and communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
