Position Summary

Willow Bridge is currently hiring for an experienced Leasing Manager to oversee leasing results and strategy. Responsibilities

1. Assign and proof all daily leasing paperwork.
2. Audit and adhere to lease file policy with consistency.
3. Implement lease renewal and resident retention programs.
4. Assist with resident relations, including handling phone calls, requests, and concerns.
5. Analyze weekly leasing reports and forecast occupancy trends.
6. Manage marketing strategies, including advertising, promotions, and publications.
7. Review aged vacancies, market-ready apartments, and models.
8. Manage, train, and counsel onsite staff effectively.
9. Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

1. Minimum of 1 year of related leasing experience.
2. High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
3. Excellent interpersonal communication skills, including motivating and leading a team.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
5. Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a timely and organized manner.
6. Flexible schedule, including availability on weekends.
7. Ability to tour the community with clients, including walking the property and climbing stairs.
8. Driver's License required.
