Job summary

The BAM Companies are seeking a Leasing Consultant to be the first face prospective residents meet and to convert leads into leases. You’ll work with the property team to hit leasing goals, support marketing efforts, and deliver outstanding resident experiences.

Typical duties include touring, presenting features and pricing, handling inquiries, and closing leases while maintaining a welcoming community atmosphere.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (some college a plus).
• Previous experience in leasing, retail, hospitality, or sales.
• Strong communication and follow-up skills.
• Basic tech and CRM/computer proficiency.
• A friendly, outgoing, and professional demeanor.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize with ease.

• Showcase apartments and explain features, benefits, and pricing.

What You Bring:

• High school diploma or equivalent (some college a plus)
