Job summary

Responsibilities

• Greet and tour prospective residents, promoting available apartment homes.
• Guide applicants through the leasing process and complete paperwork accurately.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of unit availability and pricing.
• Submit work orders and resolve resident concerns with professionalism.
• Support marketing efforts, social media content, and resident events.
• Answer phone calls, manage emails, and handle general administrative duties.
