Job summary

General Services Corporation (GSC) in Venice, FL is seeking a full-time leasing professional to welcome prospects, show apartments, and guide applicants through the rental process. You will collaborate with the Property Manager on events and provide outstanding customer service to residents and prospects.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year experience in sales/marketing and customer service, with leasing experience preferred. A valid driver’s license and background checks are required.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in sales, marketing, and customer service.
• Previous leasing experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, professional and detail-oriented.
• Willingness to learn, grow professionally, and work collaboratively with a team.

Responsibilities

• Welcome potential residents via phone or in-person to the GSC community.
• Assist in their search for a new apartment home by showing apartments and providing a tour of the community.
• Coordinate the rental application and qualification process with prospective residents.
• Collaborate with the Property Manager in coordinating community and resident appreciation events.
• Assist residents with lease renewals and various requests.
• Provide excellent customer service to all residents, prospects, applicants, internal associates, and external vendors.
