Job summary

General Services Corporation in Venice, FL is seeking a Leasing Consultant to welcome prospects, show apartments, and guide applicants through the rental process.

You will coordinate applications and renewals, assist with events with the Property Manager, and provide outstanding service to residents, prospects, applicants, and vendors.

A positive attitude, reliability, and a willingness to learn will help you grow within our team.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 1+ year experience in sales, marketing and strong customer service.
• Previous leasing experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, professional and detail oriented.
• A willingness to learn, grow professionally, and work collaboratively with a team.

Responsibilities

• Welcome potential residents via phone or in-person to the GSC community.
• Assist in their search for a new apartment home by showing apartments and providing a tour of the community.
• Coordinate the rental application and qualification process with prospective residents.
• Collaborate with the Property Manager in coordinating community and resident appreciation events.
• Assist residents with lease renewals and various requests.
• Provide excellent customer service to all residents, prospects, applicants, internal associates, and external vendors.
