Job summary

Dominium is seeking a Groundskeeper for Enclave at Pine Oaks, a 228 unit community in Deland, FL. The role focuses on keeping the property clean, safe, and well-maintained, including trash removal, landscaping, and snow/ice removal per policy.

You will document tasks using a digital device and support staff as needed. The ideal candidate will perform daily exterior maintenance, operate maintenance software, and ensure adherence to Fair Housing laws while maintaining a professional presence with

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate in English orally and understand written and oral instructions.
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed written or oral instructions; solve problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
• May require a valid driver’s license and ability to operate small vehicles as needed.

Responsibilities

• Grounds maintenance: remove trash from grounds, clean around dumpsters, rake and mulch landscaping, and perform snow removal as needed.
• Clean common areas: empty trash, clean fixtures, carpets, and replenish supplies.
• Use a digital device to manage work orders, inspections, and documentation.
• Maintain safety and report hazards; comply with Fair Housing laws.
• Attend staff meetings and assist staff as needed.
