Job summary

Trinity Property Consultants is seeking a Leasing Consultant to be the face of the property, delivering exceptional service while driving leasing goals. You’ll show and lease, assist with market surveys, and ensure a smooth move-in experience for residents.

You will handle applications, support marketing efforts, and maintain accurate resident files. The role requires reliable customer service, strong organization, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service or sales experience; multifamily leasing preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; certifications a plus.
• Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with Yardi/Entrata helpful.

Responsibilities

• Show, lease, and welcome prospective residents to the property.
• Assist in completing market surveys and execute marketing strategies to maintain occupancy.
• Process rental applications accurately and efficiently.
• Guide residents through move-in, ensuring a smooth experience.
• Provide superior customer service and promptly respond to inquiries.
• Process maintenance requests and coordinate timely resolutions.
• Maintain resident files with completeness and accuracy.
• Maintain daily updates of unit availability and community calendars.
• Perform regular inspections to meet move-in ready standards.
• Support property management with administrative tasks and phone support.
• Conduct move-out inspections and assist with turnover procedures.
• Handle resident collections per Trinity’s standards.

Compensation: $18.00 to $20.00 hourly, depending on experience, plus lease commissions and lease renewal bonuses.

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, Saturdays as needed

Qualifications

• Experience: At least 1 year in a customer service or sales role; multifamily leasing experience preferred.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalentrequired;additionaleducation or certificationsarea plus(e.g.knowledge of Fair Housing laws and regulations).
• Tech Proficiency: Intermediate skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Experience with Yardi, Entrata,EliseAI,Celeriand social mediais a bonus.

Requirements

Availability & Travel

This positionwillrequireavailability for nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.Active participation in team functions and regionalorcompany activities is expected.

Physical Demands

This positionnecessitatesregular periods of sitting, standing, walking, as well as use of hands and arms. Occasional climbing may berequired. Extended use of computers or telephones is also necessary. The rolemay requirelifting upto 25 pounds independently, and occasionally up to 50 pounds withassistance. The ability to respond promptly to both visual and auditory alarms is essential. Candidates must be able to work both indoors and outdoors under various weather conditions, including rain, snow, heat, hail, wind, and sleet.
