Bryten is hiring a Floating Leasing Consultant for The Stately Avondale & Monarc on Roosevelt in Avondale, AZ. You will welcome prospective and current residents, conduct tours, and guide applicants through the leasing process while maintaining high service standards.

Responsibilities include processing applications, renewals, and documentation, coordinating with maintenance, and supporting marketing initiatives to meet occupancy goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• Experience in leasing or related field is a plus.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to build rapport, overcome objections, and close leases.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) and basic math; valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage prospective residents, current residents, and guests in person, by phone, and via electronic communication.
• Conduct community tours and showcase apartment homes and amenities.
• Assist prospective residents through the leasing process from inquiry to move-in.
• Process rental applications, lease renewals, and related documentation.
• Respond to resident questions, concerns, and service requests promptly and professionally.
• Support resident retention through excellent service and community engagement.
• Maintain organized resident files and leasing documentation.
• Coordinate with maintenance to ensure community appearance and standards.
• Assist with marketing and outreach to support occupancy goals.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and company policies.
