Job summary

Vivmark Residential is seeking a Leasing Consultant to market our community and nurture relationships with prospective residents. You will deliver outstanding customer service to enhance resident experiences and maintain property appeal.

You will explain lease terms, coordinate tours, and guide new residents through move-in. Strong communication and organization will help you manage documents and payments efficiently.

Qualifications
