A leading company is seeking a Leasing Consultant to show and lease apartments, assist with applications, and maintain community standards. The role involves customer service, sales techniques, and knowledge of leasing policies. Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma and strong communication skills.
Shows and leases apartments to prospective residents and supports the community's marketing plan.
This position does not have supervisory responsibilities.

High school diploma or GED; or 1-3 months related experience/training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Ability to read and interpret safety rules, manuals; write routine reports; speak effectively before groups.
Ability to perform calculations involving discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages.
Fair Housing certification within 1 day of hire; Preventing Sexual Harassment, Workplace Harassment, and Drug-Free Workplace courses within 7 days of hire; CAM or RAM designations are recommended.
Ability to understand and carry out detailed instructions; solve problems involving concrete variables in standard situations.
Regular use of hands, talking/hearing; frequent standing, walking, sitting, reaching; occasional climbing, stooping, kneeling, crouching; lifting up to 10 pounds; vision requirements include close, distance, color, peripheral, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
Frequent exposure to outdoor weather conditions; moderate noise level; accommodations available for disabilities.
