Job summary

TI Communities is seeking a Leasing Consultant to connect people with places they belong, serving as the friendly first contact and guiding prospects through tours and the leasing process while delivering a welcoming resident experience.

You’ll host tours, engage with potential residents, coordinate leases, and contribute to community events. Must have an active leasing license or be willing to obtain within 90 days; four weekdays 9-6 and Saturday 10-5.

Leasing Consultant – Building Community, One Lease at a Time

$100 Leasing Bonus (per lease) and renewal bonus split. Must have an active leasing license or be willing to obtain it within 90 days.

Four weekdays 9-6pm and Saturday 10-5pm (Off one weekday and Sundays)

Sundays 10-5 IF needed/under occupancy

About the Role
