Job summary

RADCO is seeking a Leasing Consultant to welcome guests, showcase communities, and process leases. The role emphasizes customer service, relationship-building, and a team-driven culture in a fast-paced environment.

The position requires driving to local properties, handling inquiries, and supporting marketing events to drive traffic and occupancy. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are necessary.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1–3 years of experience in a customer service role.
• Strong arithmetic, verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to de-escalate, problem-solve, and respond sensitively to customer service-related concerns.
• Experience with social media marketing.
• Takes initiative and self-motivated to complete tasks at hand.
• Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook experience is required.
• YARDI experience is preferred but not required.
• Basic understanding of Federal, State and local Fair Housing laws is preferred.
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Respond to telephone and internet inquiries to schedule tours (virtual, self-guided, and in-person).
• Welcome and greet guests and tour prospective residents.
• Process rental applications and prepare lease documents.
• Assist with planning and implementation of community marketing plans and events.
• Demonstrate company values with residents, vendors, coworkers and supervisors.
• Staff may perform any reasonable task to fulfill company objectives.
• May conduct competitor property visits, market surveys, and local market research as needed.
• Travel within the local market area; personal vehicle ownership not required.

Team members may be required to use their personal vehicle for business-related travel within the local market area, including visits to competitor properties, company locations, or other business purposes. Mileage reimbursement will be provided in accordance with company policy.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Valid driver’s license may be required based on property size and potential need for use of a golf cart. Position requires individuals to furnish their own reliable transportation to fulfill the job’s functions
• Respond to telephone and internet inquiries from residents and prospects to schedule virtual, self-guided, and in-person tours
• Welcome and greet community guests and tour prospective residents throughout property
• Process rental applications, obtain required documents, schedule move-ins and prepare all lease file documents
• Assist with planning and implementation of community marketing plan and events to generate traffic
• Demonstrate RADCO’s value of Caring by treating residents, vendors, coworkers, and supervisors with respect and professionalism
