Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in sales or leasing a plus.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident inquiries and conduct tours.
• Lease apartments and process applications.
• Engage in ongoing leasing training and ensure lease compliance.
• Assist with rent collection and community operations as needed.
