You will lead tours, address inquiries, and highlight the benefits of living in a New Earth Residential community, contributing to busy leasing efforts with a friendly, professional demeanor.

The role requires strong customer service, attention to detail, and ability to work with a diverse community.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior sales or leasing experience encouraged.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work with residents, vendors and staff.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to resident inquiries and conduct tours.
• Lease apartment homes and maintain leasing training.
• Assist with rent collections and lease compliance.
• Perform additional tasks as needed.
