Job summary

TRG Management is actively seeking a Leasing Consultant for Town Kennesaw, GA 30152. This role collaborates with the property management team to provide residents with excellent service and guide prospective tenants through the leasing process.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma and about 2 years in customer service, hospitality, or conventional/multifamily real estate. Leasing experience is a plus; strong customer service and presentation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 2 years experience in customer service, hospitality, conventional or multifamily real estate.
• Leasing experience is a plus, not a requirement.
• Strong customer service orientation and presenting abilities.
• MS Office Suite experience (Word/Excel/PowerPoint).
• Onsite experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Interview prospective tenants while adhering to Fair Housing Standards.
• Accompany tenants to model apartments to explain terms and amenities.
• Fill out lease forms and collect security deposits.
• Periodically inspect property and arrange essential maintenance.
• Compile a list of available rental units.
• Identify potential prospects and manage leasing/renewal from start to finish.
• Provide exceptional customer service and build resident relationships.
• Answer calls and voicemails professionally and promptly.
• Process applications and conduct credit checks and approvals.
• Ensure apartment is ready for move-in on scheduled date.
• Follow up with prospects and refer to sister communities if needed.
• Monitor local market trends and update property comparables.
