You will greet prospects, qualify applicants, coordinate move-ins with maintenance, prepare leases, and handle administrative tasks while delivering first-rate customer service and timely rent collection.

Qualifications

• 1 year of property management experience preferred
• Excellent sales and customer service skills are essential
• As a condition of employment, audio recordings may be made during performance of duties
• Desire to work in a team setting with opportunities for advancement within the company

Responsibilities

• Meets and greets prospective residents in a timely, friendly manner
• Qualifies applicants for apartments promptly and thoroughly
• Coordinates with maintenance to ensure smooth move-ins
• Maintains up-to-date rental files and enters rental data accurately
• Prepares leases and oversees signing by new residents
• Supports monthly administrative tasks and keeps property paperwork organized
• Interacts with residents to resolve maintenance issues, address complaints, and ensure on-time rent payments
