Mill Creek Residential is seeking a Leasing Consultant for Modera McKinney Ridge to warmly greet prospective residents, present available homes, and guide applicants through the leasing process. The role supports residents throughout their residency lifecycle and collaborates with management to meet leasing goals.

Responsibilities include processing applications, verifying information, and maintaining data accuracy in Entrata/Yardi while ensuring model homes and office spaces are market-ready.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Experience in multi-family rentals or property management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet prospective residents and determine needs.
• Present the community and homes with features and benefits.
• Process lease applications, assist with verification, and notify results promptly.
• Manage leads to convert into leases and follow up on non-leases.
• Enter accurate data into Entrata/Yardi and prepare leasing reports.
