Trinity Property Consultants in Waltham is seeking a Leasing Consultant to be the face of the property, delivering outstanding service while achieving leasing goals. You will show and lease units, guide residents through move-ins, and support marketing, occupancy, and administrative tasks to ensure a smooth resident experience.

Compensation ranges from $23 to $26 hourly plus lease commissions and renewal bonuses.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in customer service or sales, preferably in multifamily leasing.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; further education a plus.
• Proficient with MS Office; knowledge of property software helps.

Compensation: $23.00 to $26.00 hourly, depending on experience, plus lease commissions and lease renewal bonuses.

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, Saturdays as needed 10:00 am to 5:00 pm.

Leasing & Sales

• Show, lease, and welcome prospective residents to the property.
• Assistin completingmarket surveys and execute marketing strategies tomaintainstrong occupancy.
• Process rental applications accurately and efficiently.
• Guide residents through move-in,ensuring a smooth experience.

Resident Experience & Service

• Provide superior customer service, responding promptly and professionally to resident inquiries or concerns.
• Process maintenance requests and work with the team to ensuretimelyresolution.
• Maintain resident files with completeness and accuracy.

Operational & AdministrativePerformance

• Maintain daily updates of unit availability and community calendars.
• Perform regular inspections to ensure all units meet Trinity’s move-in ready standards.
• Support property management withadministrativeduties, phone support, and other tasks as needed.
• Conduct move-out inspections andassistwith property turnover procedures.
• Handle resident collectionsin accordance withTrinity’s standards.

Qualifications

• Experience:At least 1 year in a customer service or sales role; multifamily leasing experience preferred.
• Education:High school diploma or equivalentrequired;additionaleducation or certificationsarea plus(e.g.knowledge of Fair Housing laws and regulations).
• Tech Proficiency:Intermediate skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Experience with Yardi, Entrata,EliseAI,Celeriand social mediais a bonus.

Requirements

Availability & Travel

This positionwillrequireavailability for nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.Active participation in team functions and regionalorcompany activities is expected.

Physical Demands

This positionnecessitatesregular periods of sitting, standing, walking, as well as use of hands and arms. Occasional climbing may berequired. Extended use of computers or telephones is also necessary. The rolemay requirelifting upto 25 pounds independently, and occasionally up to 50 pounds withassistance. The ability to respond promptly to both visual and auditory alarms is essential. Candidates must be able to work both indoors and outdoors under various weather conditions, including rain, snow, heat, hail, wind, and sleet.
