HavenCORE Property Management is seeking a Leasing Consultant for Mountainside Apartments in Rancho Cucamonga, CA. You will show apartments, meet with applicants, and actively market the property to generate traffic and leases.

You will qualify applicants, prepare lease documents, assist with rent collection, maintain resident files, and coordinate with managers. Strong English, basic math, and proficiency with MS Office are required, with a commitment to excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year in a customer service related field.
• Basic math skills and verbal/written communication skills.
• Proficient in English language, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Show rent ready apartments and meet with applicants.
• Qualify applicants and prepare lease documents.
• Help market the property and track traffic.
• Coordinate with Community Manager and Assistant Manager.
• Maintain complete resident files and timely paperwork.
• Assist in rent collection and deposits; ensure timely receipts.
